I received this beloved Moomin cup from the Scandinavian Dad, when he returned from a business trip to Finland in 2002.
This has been my favourite mug ever since and to me there is no better way of starting the day than with enjoying a proper barista style cafe latte brewed by the Scandinavian Dad in such a sweet mug like this.
The Iittala Arabia Love Moomin porcelain mug depicts Moomintroll and Snorkmaiden from Tove Jansson’s Moomin series adorably embracing each other. Designer Tove Slotte-Elevant transferred the original drawings to Arabia’s Moomin products.
