Easter Craft Eggstravaganza Round Up

With several days on a remote farm in Norway ahead of us we’ve now browsing the internet on crafty ideas, that we can do together with the children. Our best finds, proper Easter Craft Eggstravaganza is hereby to be shared with you!

Essential part of the Easter decoration and probably the most common craft project around is the Easter Egg. Make Wrapped Easter Eggs, wrap small chocolate eggs in pretty papers and arrange in a basket of shredded paper for a delightful Easter gift. Or check out Half a dozen Easter egg-decorating ideas.

The blog Red Ted Art explains how to make Easter Egg Candles. Colourful and cute but perhaps slightly ambitious and not sure how they’ll burn. But would make a lovely table decoration for the Easter dinner. On the same blog there’s also an essential step by step (with photos) guide on how to blow and paint eggs.

The Activity Village website has lots of ideas, one of the better is this pretty Easter Bonnet Collage If a parent makes the base even a creative (messy) toddler would be able to join in. A well made collage (if you stay away from the chicken and bunny theme) might end up hanging on the wall all year round too.

Really simple yet such a sweet decoration, the Cardboard Tube Easter Bunny Family found over at the blog My Little Gems. This Easter craft project does not require much and again, the whole family can join in.

If you end up making any of these I would absolutely love to see the result! Email photos on post@littlescandinavian.com
