FABELAB, also known as the fabulation laboratory, designs ultra stylish children’s toys, accessories and home products that are both beautiful, practical and astonishingly functional. This season sees the launch of the ‘Dream-in’ range of baby and toddler bed sets.
In a short period of time Danish FABELAB has become known for innovative design products for everyday use, that are made responsibly. Aesthetically appealing and with functionalities that stimulate the child’s senses and trigger their imagination though out different stages of their development. Head of design is Michaela W-B, an Austrian architect living in Copenhagen, who embraces Scandinavian design, taking inspiration from people’s stories, cultures and her background as architect and stage designer.
Our favourite new product this season is the beautiful FABELAB Dream-In-Wings bed set, with its gorgeous charm colours, gold stitching and the fact that it can transform your little one into a butterfly, by using the attached elastic strings (hidden on the inside when used as duvet cover). Fly away -to meadows filled with wild flowers.
The FABELAB friendly Dream-In-Ghost bed set will not only ensure sweet dreams with the monochrome colours and soft organic cotton but it will last on for years as a spooky ghost costume, perfect for Halloween and scaring parents…
Then there’s the FABELAB Dream-In-Cape for born superheroes! This is a contemporary and cool baby and toddler bedding set in a black, white, grey and turquoise colours, silver grey stitching detail in soft organic cotton. When not in use as bedlinen -Pull out the velcro strap in the top corners and fasten as a cape around the shoulders.
