Trend kids interior Raspberry Red

Danish kids interior and design company, founded in 2004 by the Danish designer Mia Dela produces baby and kids toys, furniture and textiles. Sebras products is a colourful nostalgic crafts like crocheting and knitting; mixed with contemporary and durable designs. Interior pieces, accessories and toys by Sebra are often made from natural materials such as wood, wool and cotton.
We quite like their nostalgic and almost retro feel by Sebra and especially the trendy red furniture for the Summer. We are planning new bedrooms for the girls and think Little A would have been thrilled if she could get a combined indoor swing and chair like the one in picture below. Bring nature in

Nature is not only a strong trend in fashion. It’s in design as well, and we have selected a few pieces for the older child’s bedroom. Let’s bring nature in!

1. The tree junior coat hanger by the Swedese

2. Wood table lamp by Muuto

1. The Tree Junior Coat Hanger by the Swedese $630 at Huset
This freestanding coat stand designed by Iclander Katrin Petursdottir and Brit Michael Young for Swedish furniture brand Swedese would look great in any children’s bedroom. Depending on the child’s need it will easily lend a helping branch to bags and cardigans that otherwise would be stored randomly. Height 134 cm.

2. Wood table lamp by Muuto, Ł122.40 at Moleta Munro
The all-wood lamp is a lo-tech counterweight to the usually very modern and technical desk lamps. All details on the lamp are chosen through a pragmatic perspective and all bolts, screws and joints are emphasized. By using very simple methods Muuto has been able to give the Wood lamp a very honest and iconic expression, suitable for any room in the house even the kids room. Why not treat your child to a proper crafted designer lamp? With this placed on their desk you can be sure that they have enough light for all homework and various of science and art projects.

3. Spring forest fabric by Marimekko

4. The Birds Nest rug by the Swedes

3. Kaiko Spring Landscape by Marimekko SEK 909 at Design Online

With Soft Gallery, the cut of the clothes may be simple, plain and comfortable, but it’s the detail of the embroidery and the sequins that make them completely different. The current AW10 collection is no exception:

Secret friend in a matchbox

What could be cuter than this matchbox mouse? He wears a stylish shirt and shorts to keep him warm and feeling comfortable. Or choose the girl wearing a dress.
The matchbox bed comes complete with flowery pillow, knitted blanket with lace trim and stripy mattress.
100% Cotton. Height/width/depth: 4.5/16/9 cm. Age: 3 years and up.

This is exactly what children would love to have, as a secret soft toy that lives in his own matchbox bed. And easy to bring along on trips etc. After our opinion the perfect gift for any child who still enjoys playing imaginative games.
