A girls dream raincoat, Inez by Pale Cloud

We first discovered Pale Cloud at Bubble London in February, and among their gorgeous collection for girls up to 10 years it was the Inez raincoat that we simply couldn’t get off our mind!
Many months later and it’s finally arrived in stores world wide!

Delivered on the door, well wrapped in a gift box -so luxurious in pale pink outside and fluoride orange on the inside as a gorgeous contrast. We were all taken with the gift box, and Little A especially when unveiling the shiny glamorous girls raincoat inside -perfect for any mini-fashionista!
The Inez raincoat from Pale Cloud must be the most adorable raincoat we’ve ever seen! We love the colours, the pale pink and the rusty deep orange lining together with the bright yellow drawstrings. News from the high street; COS Children AW11 online

The Swedish fashion giant H&M have moved upmarket with their brand COS Collection of Style, with higher focus on quality and sustainability. The chain, first launched in March 2007 in Regent Street London has today 35 stores in eight countries. The online store was launched recently with Autumn Winter 2011 collection for men, women and children.

Danish online store, quirky and unique with a eco friendly focus

Lady Marmalade is a small children’s shop in the old and picturesque cobbled Latin Quarter in Aarhus. Pernille and Susanne curate their little shop, sourcing, vintage to new small independent brands with a focus on natural materials and organic clothes and accessories. You’ll find gorgeous wool hats by HUTTEliHUT, winter boots from Bisgaard Sko and snowsuits that can stand the Nordic winter. Lady Marmelade also have their own in-house collection, Marmelade, featuring quirky children’s designer wear.

Favourite outfits for Autumn Winter 2011

Corina Papadopoulou, founder of the Scandinavian Children’s Store KIDSEN, lives in London with her husband and two gorgeous daughters. They’ve recently returned from a lovely summer holiday in Sweden, being busy visiting family and friends and most certainly also being scouting for new cool children’s fashion and design brands! Back in UK, and no time to rest as both girls are back to school and with all the news for Autumn Winter 2011 arriving daily it’s rock´n roll over at Kidsen. We had a chat with Corina about what’s new and what brands and style’s that excites her this season. She’s kindly taken the time to put together a few outfits;

Little Miss Urban Cool

To help your Little Miss step out in style the popular Hummel High Tops now come with fur lining and this purple pair is a winner. Team them with a long sleeve grey marl sweater dress from Mini Rodini. It has a fun dancing bear print complete with an appliqué tutu. Worn with leggings or fun tights what’s not to love! To keep ears snug these stripy Molo Kandy Earmuffs in Party Pink are practical and utterly irresistible. Finally, no urban cool outfit is complete without this funky Mini Rodini retro style jacket. In earthy colours with faux leather cuffs it’s a fabulous head turning piece.



Little Miss City Chic

FUB is my brand of the season and this Yellow Melange Skirt will put everyone in a spin. Girly, pretty and vivid it looks great teamed with FUB’s stylish grey leggings and beautiful soft wool cardigan in a neutral shade with contrasting red and yellow trims and buttons. It’s truly divine! To give the outfit an edge I have teamed the skirt with Pom Pom’s fur cowboy boots in camel. 100% leather upper with cute contrast stitching and rubber soles they are designed to be as kind to little feet as possible while still looking fab – I want a pair!



Little Man Too Cute for School

For Little Men I love these Little Duckling soft grey cords, a great alternative to jeans. They are comfortable to wear but robust enough to withstand little boy antics! Team them with great looking Pom Pom grey Chelsea Boots which have stitch details and elastic sides which make getting on and off a breeze. This season every boy’s wardrobe should have a checked shirt. This Mini A Ture Gabriel Shirt is super stylish and can be layered for different looks. To finish the outfit I’ve added this fashionable navy jacket from Mini Rodini. With cute poppered pockets, a panda motif and silky lining it has a stamp of individuality to ensure boys are dressed to impress.

The gorgeous Autumn Winter 2011 collection for girls 3 months and up to 10 years by Pale Cloud, their very first collection is now available online www.pale-cloud.com -with international shipping. Due to better than expected demand from stores around the world, stock is very limited.
And we are not surprised as we loved the luxurious clothes when we first saw Pale Cloud (as close as you get to haute couture for little girls) the trade show Bubble London back in February 2011.
